PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Training Wheels offers one on one personal training sessions. Either in the gym or on the bike these can help you achieve goals, identify weaknesses or to get you back in shape after absence or injury. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

Training Wheels can help identify areas of weakness that can hinder your sporting abilites such as flexibility or muscle recruitment issues. Once these areas of weakness have been identified we develop a programme to correct them.

Dylan Stewart of Training Wheels is the road cycling coach of Ryan and Drew Christensen, U19 and U13 riders based in the Waikato.
